What Does It Look Like?

Proof of Concept (PoC)
You get a demo of a future program. It works on very limited data and has to be operated manually. It usually presents just one functionality. The goal? Test the system and present it in action.
Minimum Valuable Product (MVP)
You get a program that works automatically. For instance, it automatically downloads the data from various data sources. It’s deployed in a cloud infrastructure and accessible to numerous users. However, it’s features and functionalities are still limited. The goal? Gather feedback on what to improve. This includes the new features and other changes. Here is also your turn to initially test your success metrics.
Product Increment
You get a fully functional program that satisfies your needs in every aspect. The solution is stable and scalable. Here you see how day by day you get closer to reach your goals.
Who Participates?
The priority is to develop the system that serves you. For that, you need to involve in the process:
- Product Manager (PM): a point of contact between you, and Datali’s team. We meet and discuss our work, present the current results and organize together a product presentation. This person knows the inside-out process that the AI system aims to improve. PM also makes accessible databases and tools to Datali’s team.
- Domain Experts: person supervising the project from the expert point of view. We maintain continuous contact to represent the expert knowledge in our AI model.
Additionally, the management’s presence during demos is important to showcase the major results.
