What Does It Look Like?
The AI & Strategy workshop spans one working day and can be conducted online or in person. Our goal during this time is to evaluate the feasibility of using AI-based solutions to tackle your current problem.
We focus on two primary areas:
Problem Overview We analyze your problem. Here we take a look at how you are currently managing it, how employees perceive and deal with it. We also review the previous attempts to solve your problem.
Data Overview We examine your data infrastructure and the formats of the data available.
The strategy workshop consists of several parts, each involving meetings with your experts who can offer valuable insights into the problem, relevant processes, and infrastructure.
Who Participates?
Our priority is to see your problem from various angles and perspectives. We aim to capture its full complexity and everything it's linked with. The best way is by engaging with your experts linked to your problem.
Key participants include:
- Project Manager: The person responsible for delivering a successful solution to your problem.
- Domain experts - Representatives who possess unique knowledge about your current approaches to the problem.
- pTechnical experts - Members of IT or Data teams responsible for maintaining and managing your data infrastructure and systems.
What Are the Expected Outcomes?
During the last part of the workshop, our experts will define the optimal AI strategy for your use case.
For feasible use cases, we propose a strategy of implementing an AI model that aligns with your infrastructure and processes, along with a detailed project plan.
If the use case is not feasible, we will present a strategy to change it. The goal is to reach a state where its implementation is possible in the future. That typically includes actions like adjusting processes or implementing new infrastructure.
