What it is

A private peer circle for the people who own AI transformation in Switzerland. No consultants pitching. No vendors selling. Just leaders doing the job right now, comparing notes in confidence. Use what you hear. Never say who said it.

The 6-month pilot

• AI Roundtable. Two dinners in Zurich, 12–15 people, one concrete topic per evening. Think "who should own AI, and what do you actually measure." Plus a senior guest from the AI industry or research.
• Ask the Circle. A private channel for questions only. No announcements. Ask "has anyone negotiated a Copilot enterprise contract?" and get a peer answer the same day.
• AI Catalyst Radar. A monthly 45-minute online briefing. What just happened, what to do about it this week, then Q&A.

How joining works

Invitation only. 1 seat per company. We review every request by hand, so joining the list doesn't guarantee a place. The pilot carries a commitment fee. It's a filter, not revenue.
